  10. To upgrade from versions prior to TimeTracker 2.1, contact Maui Software.

To order your copy, read the Maui Software License Agreement in the user's manual (it states ΓÇ£one copy per userΓÇ¥), press the ΓÇ£Fill Out Order FormΓÇ¥ button on the TimeTracker startup window, fill it out, and send it to Maui Software with the requested fee.  We will then send you a registration code that instantly converts the unregistered copy into a full-working copy.  A portion of your fee is donated to preserving the Hawaiian environment.

  14. The unregistered version has a per-document time limitation.
  15. When you register your copy of TimeTracker,
  16. ΓÇó you can record an unlimited amount of time
  17. ΓÇó the annoying startup window won't display asking you to register TimeTrackerΓäó

  19. If we've already sent you a registration code, press the ΓÇ£Register NowΓÇ¥ button on the startup window and enter the information as requested.  Your registration code instantly turns the unregistered copy into a full working copy with no time recording limitation.

  21. Quick Start
  22. 1) Double-Click on TimeTracker and click on Not Yet.
  23. 2) When the TimeTracker document displays, select Edit from the Categories menu.
  24. 3) Click on AddΓǪ
  25. 4) Enter a category name and an hourly rate.  If you can't think of any, enter ΓÇ£TestΓÇ¥ and 25.
  26. 5) Click OK, and then click on Done.
  27. 6) Click on the Clock button - you're Tracking Time!
  28. 7) Click on the Pause button (the coffee pot, get it?), and watch the paused time add up.
  29. 8) Click on the Resume button (the coffee cup).
  30. 9) Click on the Stop button (the hand).
  31. 10) Click on Clock button again, and then the Stop button.  Notice how the time entries append to the list.
  32. 11) Click on the first time entry line, and click on Clock buttonΓÇö you just restarted a time entry.

  35. If you do not like to read manuals, at least read the Hints chapter.
  36. By spending one minute reading it you will save yourself a lot of time using TimeTracker.  Pay particular attention to the section called ΓÇ£Create a TimeTracker template or stationery pad fileΓÇ¥ in the Hints chapter.   (please!).

  38. About MauiΓǪ
  39. ΓêÜ Maui is part of the United States.  If you mail a letter to Hawaii, you only need to use a normal first class stamp.  At this writing, it's 32┬ó.

  41. ΓêÜ Maui is in the Hawaiian Standard Time zone.  That means if in Los Angeles it's 9AM, and in New York it's 12 noon, then it's only 7AM in Hawaii (or 6AM if you are on Daylight Savings Time).  Please remember that when calling.
